Conference participants are requested to make their own hotel reservations and pay for their own accommodation at the hotel. Quota reservations have been made at the hotels listed below, but the availability of the rooms can only be guaranteed for a limited time.

Please check the deadlines and booking codes for each hotel below. Note that these special prices are only available for bookings made directly with the hotel and with the booking code. All prices include the VAT.
