Ilmoittaudu itse tai ilmoita ryhmä Kääntämisen ja tulkkauksen tutkimuksen symposiumiin täyttämällä tämä lomake 29.3.2019 mennessä.
Symposiumin osallistumismaksut (ALV 0 %):
SKTL:n jäsenet 40 €
Ei-jäsenet 70 €
Jatko-opiskelijat 40 €
Perustutkinto-opiskelijat 20 €
Maksu sisältää symposiumin ohjelman ja materiaalit sekä kahvitarjoilut molempina päivinä. Illallisen hinta on 30 €.
Maksutavat:
Osallistumismaksu(t) ja mahdollinen illallismaksu maksetaan ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä joko verkkopankissa, luottokortilla tai PayPal-maksuna ilman maksutapalisää. Maksuvaihtoehdoksi voi valita myös laskutuksen, jolloin laskun loppusummaan lisätään 20 € (ALV 0 %) maksutapalisä. Jos saman ryhmän osallistujat ilmoitetaan keskitetysti yhdellä lomakkeella, maksutapalisä (20 €) tulee yhteislaskulle vain kerran. Vastaavasti mikäli saman organisaation osallistujat ilmoittautuvat itsenäisesti, lisätään jokaiseen tilattuun laskuun maksutapalisä. Huomaathan, että mikäli ilmoittautumisen yhteydessä on annettu puutteelliset tai virheelliset laskutustiedot, veloitamme uuden laskun laatimisesta 20 € (ALV 0 %) aiemman maksutapalisän lisäksi.
Peruutusehdot:
Peruutuksen voi tehdä kuluitta 29.3.2019 saakka, mutta mahdollista maksutapalisää ei palauteta. Tämän päivämäärän jälkeen tulleet peruutukset tai osallistumatta jättämiset veloitetaan kokonaisuudessaan. Ilmoittautumisen voi myös siirtää kuluitta toisen samassa organisaatiossa työskentelevän henkilön nimiin. Pyynnöt peruutuksista, maksun palautuksista ja osallistujamuutoksista on aina tehtävä kirjallisesti sähköpostilla osoitteeseen congress@tuni.fi.

Symposium participation fees (VAT 0 %):
Members of The Finnish Association of Translators and Interpreters (SKTL) 40 €
Non-members 70 €
PhD students 40 €
Basic degree students 20 €
The fees include the symposium programme and materials as well as scheduled coffee breaks on both days. Dinner fee is 30 € and it is paid when registering for the event.
Payment:
The fee(s) is paid when registering for the event. The payment is made either with a credit card or by PayPal (no additional charges). Participants from Finnish organisations can also choose invoicing (invoicing fee of 20 € will be added) or online banking as their payment method. Groups that have chosen invoicing as their payment method will receive a collective invoice (only one invoicing fee charged). The system sends the invoice automatically after the registration has been completed.
Please make sure that the invoicing details are accurate. If the participant has provided inadequate or faulty invoicing details when registering for the event, a supplementary fee of 20 € (VAT 0 %) will be charged in addition to the previous invoicing fee for issuing a new invoice.
Cancellation policy:
For cancellations received by 29 March 2019, the paid fees will be fully refunded, except for the possible invoicing fee. No refund will be issued for cancellations made after this date. No refunds will be made for no-shows. Participation that has already been registered can be transferred to another person from the same organisation without any extra charge. Cancellations and requests for refunds and registration transfers must always be made by email to congress@tuni.fi.
